Restarting Instagram and Re-Installation of the App
To respond to this, Instagram ran a test on a few test group users and promised a fix within the week. The problem was fixed but as we said, reoccurred in December 2021. One of the things you can do if you’re still experiencing a problem seeing your Story views is to restart your Instagram app. Alternatively, if you’re still having issues asking yourself, “Why can’t I see who’s viewed my Instagram Story”, you could uninstall Instagram and then reinstall it.
